2-day District Judo Championship concludes, sports council distributes medals

JAMMU, Dec 08:  Chief Sports Officer (CSO) of the J&K State Sports Council (JKSSC), Abdul Qayoom today presented medals to winners of the two-day Jammu District Judo Championship at Indoor Complex, MA Stadium, here.

Around 300 young Judokas took part in this two-day competition held under the banner of J&K Judo Association. Others among the distinguished gathering were Divisional Sports Officer of JKSSC, Ravi Singh and vice president of Judo Association, Varinder Dogra.

Also present were Satish Gupta (Manager Indoor Complex), Iqbal Singh, Shiv Kumar, Suraj Sharma, Kuljeet Singh, Rohit Sadhotra, Manish Chatwal, Rajesh Verma, Aman Gupta, Sajaan, Avinash Sharma and Konika.

The bouts officiated by the technical penal including Suraj Bhan Singh, Arshi Nad, Vikas Dogra and Ritika Slathia.
