61 candidates to contest for BDC Elections in Poonch

Poonch, Oct 11: District Election Officer Rahul Yadav today informed that a total of 61 candidates will contest the upcoming BDC elections.

The DC, while speaking during a press conference held in this regard, informed that a total of 31 candidates withdrew their nomination, out of 92 candidates.

DEO appealed the candidates to observe and follow the Model Code of Conduct in letter and spirit.
