Five persons injured in Ramban road mishap

Srinagar, Jan 06: Five Passengers were injured on Sunday after a vehicle they were travelling in skidded off the road on Srinagar-Jammu highway in Ramban district.

Reports said that a cab carrying passengers on way to Kashmir valley from Jammu skidded off the road near Makarkoot area of the Ramban resulting in injuries to five persons.

Soon after the accident, the injured were taken to public health center PHC Ramsoo for treatment.

The injured were identified as Mohammad Akbar Mir, Ubaid Ahmad, all residents of Zalangam, Kokernag and Shabir Ahmad Khan, a resident of Magam, Kokernag in south Kashmir’s Islamabad district.
