Interesting ways to stay hydrated

Summer is round the corner and our bodies are already craving for something fresh and hydrating. There are many ways in which one can (and must ) treat one’s skin, which will also positively affect our bodies.

Detox is the removing of toxins from the body and is a necessity especially in Summers. The best way of detoxification is to keep our body hydrated inside out and it can be done in a fun way. Let’s be honest, no one wishes to just drink litres and litres of water. So, here are some infused water recipes to keep you hydrated during summers:

Cucumbers, lemon and ginger

This is the best infused water which also works as a detox drink and you may not like ginger but adding just a pinch of it will be good for your body.

What you need to do is :

Add 2 glasses of water in a bottle

Add half slice of lemon juice

Add half an inch of ginger and voila!

Your magic drink is ready. Just drink two to three such bottles in a day. There are many cute bottles with strainers available in the market to motivate you.

 Strawberries and lemon

The best way to make hydrating fun is to add fruits to your water. Another simple infused water recipe is to just add strawberries and lemon in the water. With tasty drinks, who wouldn’t like to stay hydrated?

Lemonade

Tried and tested hack, for sure . Every summer, when you come home, your mom definitely will give you lemonade, right?

You can add any fruit of your choice to add taste to water and along with being hydrated, these fruits will also benefit your body. If you are looking to loose some extra weight these summers, then these will help you do that too. Adding fruits to your water will keep you full all day and energize you as well.

Tips:

Avoid drinking sugary drinks available in the market, they will give you energy but with fats.

Not just drink water but eat your water. There is another way to feel good and hydrated this summer and this is to eat your water. Yes, there are many fruits which constitute major percentages, nearly 80%  of water like watermelon, cucumbers, oranges, raspberries, pineapples, peaches, blueberries, apricot, plums etc. These fruits are also rich in antioxidants which are good your body.

Set a reminder to drink water every hour or just download a water reminder app in your phone. Although, it’s not necessary to drink 2 litres of water a day , rather drink the amount your body requires. Set a reminder in you phone ,according to your needs .

Seems like water is the solution to all the problems? Drinking water not only flushes out the toxins but also has many other benefits. Drinking water gives you a natural glowing skin, removing acne, pimples  and it will also help in reducing weight.

Drink and eat water.

Morning to night, repeat water.
