Modern Secular Institute Celebrates Republic Day

JAMMU, Jan 27: Modern Secular Institute of Education High School Laxmipuram, Chinore Jammu celebrated 70th Republic day with patriotic fervor and enthusiasm in school premises on 26th of January, 2019.

Ram Rattan Manhas, a Retd-Educationist – unfurled the national flag in presence of Students and faculty members. Manhas highlighted importance of the republic day and recalled the contribution of great freedom fighters that sacrificed their lives and fought selflessly to free their motherland from British slavery.

He exhorted the students to imbibe in themselves the selfless leadership qualities as the students of today are the citizens of tomorrow. The need of the hour is to encourage moral and patriotic valves among the young generation who are the leaders of the tomorrow. K.K. Rao, Managing Director of the Institute impressed upon the young children of the school to take a pledge to follow the footsteps of our great leaders and freedom fighters.

They should actively display the social and national responsibility by sensitizing the society of the moral and ethical valves responsible for maintaining the sanctity of national fabric.
