Saddal Villagers up in arms against Dr Jitendra Singh; burnt effigy

UDHAMPUR, Jan 19: Saddal Villagers staged a strong protest against MoS in PMO Dr Jitendra Singh under the leadership of Panthers Party District Youth President Jagdev Singh Jagga.
While leading a massive protest Jagdev Singh Jagga revealed that when the Flash Floods hit Saddal Village of Reasi Constituency in 2014, 40 people died & many dead bodies were not found. Also, the houses were completely damaged.

At that time Dr Jitendra Singh assured to adopt Saddal Village as to make it “Adarsh Village” but nothing has been done in this regard. Furthermore, Dr Jitendra Singh denied any such statement.
While lambasting MoS, Jagga said that such leaders should be ashamed of playing politics over dead bodies. Jagga demanded rehabilitation of their families & informed that as per Law there is a provision to allot 6 marla land to landless people but nothing has been done & these families were forced to live in camps.
He also recalled the 9 days anshann of NPP President & Former MLA Balwant Singh Mankotia as support to these families.
Jagga warned that there will be a strong agitation if rehabilitation is not considered early. Scores of Saddal Villagers also present.
